Transitions: Making Sense of Life's Changes by William Bridges

Revised 25th Anniversary Edition. Cambridge, MA: Da Capo Books, Perseus Press, 2004.

Worth exploring again! Perhaps you benefitted from the first edition of William Bridges book Transitions. The core of that book is present in the new edition, yet it reads well with updated illustrations.

Bridges’ themes of leaving, neutral zone, and new beginnings form a powerful template for us in times of life or work transition. Illustrations from Greek mythology and literature are very helpful.
